Join us for our progressive cycling classes and take your skills to the next level.  Are you interested in learning more about peddling techniques and bike maintenance? Do you want to increase your fitness level?  We will explore peddling techniques, basic bike maintenance and mechanics, and bike safety.  Come ride with us and we will help you reach your goals.

ROCK CLIMBING

Rock climbing is one of the best ways to actively engage all muscle groups, work on balance, and enhance your mental control, regardless of ability. We want to help you increase your rock climbing skills through 3 progressive skill-based classes focused on rock climbing equipment, proper climbing techniques, and strengthening exercises to keep you healthy and safe while climbing. The final session will take place outdoors where your training will be put to the test.

KAYAKING

Get out on the water this summer and paddle better than you ever have before! In addition to having fun, we will be teaching you proper paddling techniques in order to increase speed, agility, and endurance. No matter what your ability level is we want you to feel like you are flying on the water.
