    3. Login using the information used when you created your account.

  • How do I create an account?

  • After I create an account, how do I register for programs/lessons?

    1. Go to steamboatstars.com and click the “Register” button to login to your account.

    2. Utilize the drop-down menu option “Register for a Program/Lesson” and make your selection

  • How do I retrieve my password?

    1. Go to the steamboatstars.com

    2. Click the “Register” button

    3. Click “Having trouble logging in?”

    4. Enter the email address associated with your account

    5. You'll receive an email which will allow you to reset your password

  • When retrieving my password it asks, “Who am I creating the account form for?” How do I answer this question?

    Accounts are created based on the participant’s name, therefore you are looking to retrieve the PARTICIPANT’s password.

  • How often do I need to update the Participant account information?

    We request participant’s account is updated annually to ensure all information is accurate. To do this, select “Update My Profile”, verify the information is correct, and resubmit the form.

  • If I begin to fill out the participant form, but don’t finish, does it save?

    No. Form information saves by clicking "SUBMIT" on the bottom of the form.

  • How do I get on the waitlist?

    Call our office at (970) 870-1950 and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

  • I am not receiving an email confirmation after I register for an event. What do I do?

    If you don't see an email in your inbox within 15 minutes, please check your junk-mail folder. If you find it there, please mark the email as NOT junk and add @steamboatstars.com to your address box.

  • Can I enroll more than one participant at once?

    No. We require each individual to have their own participant form filled out.

  • Does every participant (child or adult) require their own account?

    Yes, to register for a program, each individual is required to have their own account.
