MAC FINLEY
Camps and Volunteer Manager
Mac has always had a passion for team building and community. As a child, these passions were instilled through his involvement in various team sports and his exposure to community outreach. Mac pursued these passions throughout his time at Indiana University, where he served as Phi Delta Theta’s Risk Manager and Brotherhood Chair. After school, he joined America’s team as a Navy Diver, pushing his commitment of those values to the fullest. After his service, he found his way to Steamboat Springs after calling a fraternity brother in hopes to visit for a ski trip. That was eight years ago, yet he claims he’s “still on that same vacation.” Family comes first for Mac, and his ability to make a team feel like a family is evident here at STARS.
Why I love STARS
“I could not be more fulfilled. The mission that we have at STARS added with the stellar teammates I get to work with who share the same passion for what we do makes this a job most would envy.”
